Event Organisation
- Discuss budget requirements on a scoping call with the client
- Developing the agenda with the client
- Sourcing a venue with the client
- Marketing the event (via Mailchimp & SEHTA Social Media Feeds (Twitter & LinkedIn) to SEHTA’s contacts
- Sourcing speakers based on the agenda topics or contacting speakers sourced by the client
- Collating the speaker presentations in advance and creating the slides for the event
- Using the client’s preferred virtual platform (Meeting Mojo, Teams, Zoom, Google Meets or Webex etc)
- Arranging the catering for the event
- Providing staff to manage the event on the day or pre-setup if required
- Use your own branding at the event or we can help source branded tablecloths, pull-up banners, ethically sourced branded bags etc if you don’t have them already provided
- Arrange the logistics of getting your materials to the venue
- Obtain feedback from speakers and delegates (using SurveyMonkey or MS Forms)

MANAGEMENT OF DELEGATES
- Pre-registration, branded with client’s logo (using cloud-based platform like Eventbrite)
- Collecting delegate fees (via PayPal) if required
- We can print badges & supply badge holders or lanyards if preferred, branded with your logo or design. Alternatively we can provide delegate registration and badges as a stand-alone service, and can send to you the day before your event
- Preparing delegate pack materials including delegate list (branded with client’s logo)
SEHTA INTERNATIONAL MEDTECH EXPO & CONFERENCE
Since 2020, we have run our International MedTech Expo & Conference which is aimed at SME’s, Corporates, Academics & NHS Healthcare Providers. Year on year this event has grown in size and attendance to become an established event for the medtech sector to "Improve Health & Increase Wealth".
The conference and expo aims to help delegates:

- Navigate: Make sense of the complexities of health and social care delivery, and the challenges of accessing the NHS.
